$3M BRIDGEGOOD Community Studio Capital Campaign

Inclusive facility for Job Creation & Community Enrichment

As Oakland’s first tech-for-good nonprofit, community-access co-working space, and education center, expansion is vital to BRIDGEGOOD’s growth and sustainability. We are excited to announce, after 3 years of planning, BRIDGEGOOD has launched a new studio space in Q3 of 2021. Located near the Oakland/Alameda waterfront in Oakland’s iconic Jack London Square, BRIDGEGOOD is the anchor for creative job seekers, diverse entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

We are asking for your donation: BRIDGEGOOD has launched a $3M capital campaign to support our improvements and sustain program operations through this transition. The success of our campaign is measured not only by the amount of a given contribution, but also by the number of individuals who participate. When you make a tax-deductible contribution, it helps demonstrate to foundations, granting agencies, and our Oakland community that we have strong support from those we serve. Gifts of all levels matter and each person can truly make a difference.

For information, email Shaun Tai, call 510-435-2945 or make a secure donation. Donations will receive a donor acknowledgement letter.

An excellent way to entrust a portion of your estate to BRIDGEGOOD is through a planned gift. We recommend you contact your attorney for more information. Following are just a few simple ways you can make a planned gift to BRIDGEGOOD:

  • Estate Planning: The best gift you can give yourself is to have an up-to-date will. The easiest way leave part of your legacy to BRIDGEGOOD is to name the organization in your will.
  • Trust: Establish a charitable trust that guarantees income and provides you with a tax deduction.
