BRIDGEGOOD Welcomes David Landa to Board of Directors
Oakland, CA – BRIDGEGOOD, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to design for social good, is excited to announce the addition of David Landa to its Board of Directors. David is a founding partner at Free Association, a design agency focused on digital products and brand systems. With over 20 years of experience in innovation, brand strategy, and team leadership, he has helped clients such as Google, Waze, Toyota, Woven City, Future of StoryTelling, and Coinbase achieve their goals and realize untapped potential.
Shaun Tai, Executive Director of BRIDGEGOOD, expressed enthusiasm for David’s addition to the Board of Directors, saying, “We are thrilled to have David join our team. His commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace aligns perfectly with our mission of providing opportunities to designers of color and cultivating the next generation of diverse design leaders.”
David’s expertise, proven leadership, and passion for creating value from the space between the present and what’s possible will be a valuable asset to BRIDGEGOOD as it continues to use design to drive positive social change.
“I was initially introduced to the organization through Free Association’s social good partnership, and over time, I have come to greatly admire their leadership, mission, and unwavering commitment to their students,” says David. “It is with great honor that I accept the opportunity to serve on the board and actively contribute my skills and expertise towards advancing the organization’s goal of fostering a more diverse and equitable workforce within the design and technology industries.”
